I can’t believe the quality of the pictures you get for FREE!!! I chose to add more photos & a keepsake box for an additional charge & I was not disappointed! The shipping was unbelievably fast! I will continue to get my free monthly prints & most likely always add on…. you can’t beat the price & the quality of the pictures & merchandise is fantastic!

I've ordered prints, a mug, a canvas, a t- shirt, photo books, photo tiles, heart magnets and acrylic hearts. I've had some issues with receiving some of the items but they always send a replacement for free to accommodate me. Their items are a bit pricey but I love the work they do.

I remember when I first used free prints. I was well chuffed! I started using them instead of moonpig. However, lately this last year I never ever get my orders! I’ve ordered birthday cards and they never come the birthday had been and gone. I ordered a good luck card this time I ordered it well in advanced still never came and then I ordered another card many months later and still waiting. When I filed a complaint all I got was “because the postman is on strike” but even so, well after the postal strike my cards never arrived. Never used to be like this. So, back to moonpig it is.

Photos never arrived. After 10 days I tried to contact them but without success. Daughter wanted photos for her birthday and is very upset. Never had this problem with Moonpig which arrived next day every time!

Have ordered photos and the app said they will come by the 31st. It has been a few days now and still no delivery. I’ve contacted customer service 4 times and finally got an answer after 3 days. It’s taken way to long so I have just gone to a print shop

Absolute dog rubbish company. Ordered a gift for my wifes birthday but didn't arrive in time. Ordered 10 days before. They don't reply to emails and isn't a phone number. Don't order anything from this company, they're sog poo. And I'm being polite. Amateur company, you have been warned.

Hi my photo book arrived today however two pages were stuck together resulting in those pages now being marked.
Please advise.

My border on all photos came in white and I ordered pink. I absolutely love the photos though. They did a great job , except my borders.

I ordered a blanket which they haven't sent - still waiting for a response form the contact us page as no way to talk to a human being very unhappy with service and will be requesting a refund through the bank due to having no contact from 3 emails sent

I canceled an order as i needed to add another picture onto it and i don’t know how long i will have to wait for a refund of my money as it has charged my bank twice but only processed one order. I need the money back asap but the website has no information on refunds or how long they will take.

I have tried canceling my order over and over, I need the money by tomorrow. Why can’t i just cancel it without the hassle?

Ordered sent 7th of February promised be with me by the 14 of February still nothing so asked for refund but free-prints not answering me all seem be ignored

Ordered on 25th jan 23, not received order to date. Emailed customer service 4 times. No reply, ive ordered so many times and was more then happy everytime. Very disappointed now.
Update: following several emails I had my order replaced.
