"Decent prints, but the cropping was a bit frustrating"
My freeprints order was fine overall. Most of the photos showed up how I picked them, and the sizes were right, so no major complaints there. But a couple of the prints were cropped a little differently than what I thought I was approving in the preview. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was annoying because it wasn’t really clear that they might come out differently. For the price, I can’t be too upset, but I do wish the communication or preview was more accurate. I’d probably use them again, but next time I’ll be checking every photo extra carefully

"Fast delivery, surprisingly smooth"
My prints showed up quickly, which made me a little suspicious at first because things usually don’t go that smoothly. But everything looked fine when I checked them over, so I can’t really complain

"Decent prints, but I need more options!"
freeprints is totally fine for basic photo prints, and the quality has been okay for me. But oh my gosh, the product selection feels so limited sometimes it drives me a little crazy. Like, what if I want something cute or a different gift idea? The prints do the job, but I wish there were way more choices because I get bored way too fast.

The photo upload worked fine for me and I didn’t have any issues getting everything added. I’ll admit I felt a little unsure after making the payment, like I was waiting to see if something would go wrong, but the upload itself was smooth.

I knew there would be some expenses, but wow, the costs really add up fast?! It feels like every little thing comes with an extra charge, and by the end you’re paying way more than you expected.

"Good for quick prints, but the costs add up"
I’ve used Free Prints a few times now, and the pattern I keep noticing is that the prints themselves are usually decent and the app is handy, but the total creeps up once postage and little extras get added. It still often works out cheaper than other places, so I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but it doesn’t always feel quite as “free” or as great value as it sounds at first.

"Was worried after paying, but they sorted it"
After I paid, I started feeling a bit unsure about how it would all go, especially when my prints arrived bent in the post. I messaged them expecting a big back-and-forth, but they replied quickly, refunded me, and sent out replacements too. It ended up being way easier than I thought

"That promo code stuff never works"
I kept seeing these promo deals pop up, so I figured I’d use one, but then the discount just disappeared when I got to checkout. I contacted support and they basically said it was expired or whatever. Annoying, honestly

Picking the prints was totally fine, no real issue there. But checkout was messy, honestly. The extra charges didn’t show up until late in the process, which was annoying, and then I had to try a few times just to get the order placed. It just felt messy and frustrating, way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Pretty disappointed with the prints"
Ordered a bunch of photos and most came out blurry, even ones shot on a good phone. Colors were washed out, not close to my uploads. A few had weird lines, and the paper felt cheap. I get they’re “free” prints, but I still expected decent. Won’t order again...

The prints turned out okay, and I do like using the app overall, but getting help was kind of frustrating. I had an issue with my order, so I messaged customer service and it took a few days to hear back. When they finally replied, it felt like a copy-paste response and didn’t really solve anything. What made it more confusing was that the app seemed to show one thing, but the email said another, so I wasn’t sure what was actually going on. I’d probably order again, but their support definitely needs to be quicker and clearer when something goes wrong.

"I thought I was getting a decent deal…"
I thought I was getting a decent deal because the prints were supposed to be free, but then the shipping ended up being way higher than I expected. It kind of felt like that’s where they make up the cost, so the “free” part didn’t really mean much in the end. i could probably just print them somewhere local for less and get them faster too. Not really worth it for me.
